I found Glass Tex when another picture framer didn’t want to cut a triangle piece of glass for me. I was trying to finish up this project before services later this week, for well loved family member. John was the nicest person and he took 10-15 minutes from another job he was working on to find and cut a simple piece of glass for me. This company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are responsive, keep the customer informed on schedule and status of orders and always deliver neatly and usually before the scheduled delivery date. I have used them to replace almost all of the window glass in my home and recommend them to everyone that needs any type of glass service. I must add that I requested them to assist with a large community project and they jumped in and donated a huge amount of glass and labor to help The Tomball Museum Center. Awesome Awesome company and employees.

John came out and determined what was needed for our windows to work well. He replaced 27 spiral sashs, 9 glazing beads and a couple of screens. The windows work better now than when they were new 22 years ago. We are very pleased and looking forward to being able to open our windows this spring!
